Founded in 2019, Mach_Fli is a dynamic Shopify-driven sales site design and implementation company serving catalogs of all sizes, from small mom and pop shops with limited offerings to large retail sites managing complex product acquisition and distribution systems on a multi-national level. Marcus Flinders

Marcus FlindersWith over two decades of experience growing, developing, and operating businesses, including tech companies, logistics organizations, start-ups, and fortune 1000s, Marcus has earned a reputation for successful business development. Having recently served as President and CEO of ZDHF Holdings, the largest franchisee of Zippy Shell, Inc., Marcus was instrumental in raising millions of dollars in private institutional capital, growing the business from servicing a 500k person community to servicing more than 19 million consumers across six states, while also establishing a nationwide transport division.

Marcus holds a JD from Valparaiso University School of Law and an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Denver. He was the Managing Partner at Flinders Bandy McDaniel, where he focused on advising companies in areas of tax law, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, and business structure and reorganizations, along with managing client litigation and capital raises.

Marcus is a talented public speaker, a gifted entrepreneur, and a legal expert, who spends his personal time researching and writing about philosophy, politics, and religion. An avid sports fan, he can often be found officiating high school basketball, golfing with friends, or cheering on his favorite teams. He enjoys cooking, as well as critiquing movies and restaurants. Marcus and his wife, Rebecca Flinders, live in Lehi, Utah, with their children, Meg, Cam, and Kaleb.

Gary Parker

Gary ParkerAn artist from his youth, Gary is a creative polymath, having developed and honed skills in numerous types of graphic design, photography, illustration, fine art, 3d, video, and writing. Gary began his professional career with the birth of the World Wide Web, working for a small Idaho studio creating 3d animations and sets for implementation in video, and user interfaces for websites and interactive training applications. In the intervening years he’s worked as a UX designer, professional journalist, photographer (news, sports, advertising, and outdoor), columnist, print designer, layout specialist, video editor, video effects producer, fine art painter, novelist, and marketing specialist.

Gary has been awarded numerous honors for his work, including Best Photo Page, Best News Photo, and Best Feature Column (Utah Press Association, Better Newspaper Contest, Group 2), and others. He’s done work for companies of all sizes, including Lockheed Martin, Zippy Shell, Hewlett Packard, The Deseret News, United Defense, Alliant Techsystems, Mediaphex, Reach for the Stars, Honeywell, Training Media Services, Osios Creative, The Vernal Express, The Local Pages, and The Little Sweetpea.

When he’s not creating in one medium or another, Gary can often be found hiking, climbing, and backpacking in his home state of Utah and the surrounding Mountain West. He’s an avid reader, amateur musician, and talented cook, who loves making interesting new things in his home workshop. Gary is the father of four grown daughters and lives and works in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Lincoln Cannon

Lincoln CannonLincoln Cannon is a technologist and philosopher, and a veteran of high tech industries in leadership, consulting, and entrepreneurial roles. He has decades of professional experience in the business of technology. He has worked for large enterprises, including Ancestry.com, Merit Medical, Novell, Symantec, and WordPerfect; at startups, including Thrivous and the The World Table; and with investment firms, including the OS Fund.

Lincoln received formal education in business and the humanities. He holds an MBA and graduated top tier from the Marriott School of Management. He holds a degree in philosophy and graduated with honors from Brigham Young University. He is also an alumnus of the Exponential Medicine executive program at Singularity University.

Lincoln is a lifelong computer programmer. He learned to code as a child before the Internet. He eventually taught himself web development, including Java and the .NET framework. And as the Internet and computers have continued to evolve, his projects have expanded to mobile web, cloud platforms, social media, and blockchain.

Lincoln writes and presents on topics at the intersection of technology and philosophy. He believes technology always presents both risks and opportunities. And he envisions the ethical use of technology empowering humanity to attain unprecedented global degrees of vitality, intelligence, cooperation, and creativity.

Lincoln is married with Dorothée Vankrieckenge, a French national, and they have three multilingual children. In his spare time, he enjoys discussing philosophy while sharing food with family and friends, reading and watching science fiction, playing board and video games, hiking in the red rock deserts of Southern Utah, and touring new places around the world.
